Donation Policy:

Tax Exemption Receipts: Donors who wish to receive a tax exemption receipt for their donation should contact Manolayam Trust at manolayam2014@gmail.com. Our team will provide the necessary information and assist in the process of obtaining a tax exemption receipt.

Payment Method: Manolayam Trust uses a third-party payment gateway called Razorpay to securely process donations. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay and received by Manolayam Trust.

Donation Utilization: Manolayam Trust ensures that 98% of all donations received are used for the intended purpose of supporting marginalized communities. 2% of the total donation amount may be charged by the payment gateway as a processing fee.

Refund Policy: Once a donation has been made and a tax exemption receipt has been generated, Manolayam Trust does not offer refunds.
